Fascia Board Replacement

Timber fascias eventually rot, split and lose their paint, and once that happens they can no longer hold gutters securely. We remove failing boards and replace them with low-maintenance uPVC fascias that won’t rot, flake or need repainting. Where it’s needed, we also repair or replace the ends of rafters behind.

Soffit Replacement

Soffits sit under the eaves and close the gap between your wall and roof. Damaged or missing soffits let in birds, wasps and rain. We fit uPVC soffits, including vented soffits where your loft needs extra airflow. Good eaves ventilation is one of the most effective ways to reduce condensation in the loft.

New Guttering and Downpipes

We supply and fit complete gutter systems in a range of profiles and colours, including half-round, square and deep-flow gutters for larger roofs. We also replace individual sections, outlets, brackets and downpipes.
